Believe it or ???!

Well in a paper in Virginia,:

an article stated that a woman in Iraq was a bit upset( this is not exact quote but close enough that she was afraid that they would not get the help they needed now because of our citizens need help from the hurricane disaster My opinion-she was losing site of why we are there HUH;shrug,.##@@@

She also stated that she hoped that someone (you know) would give them a place nice like the stadium so they could have nice things there too.?? HUH=SHRUG@#@#@#@

I come from military family and my husband and I both have had our sign up for our country and seems I missed something here
